Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds only if the item remains completely unopened and sealed in its original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused

• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging

• The seal must not be broken

• Proof of purchase is required

If the package has been opened, used, or tampered with, we will NOT accept any return or issue a refund.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, once a package is opened, the sale becomes FINAL.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
